Call before mid-morning and we’ll do our best to get to maintenance jobs the same day. Otherwise we book a time that suits you and we turn up when we say we will.
Do you give free quotes?+
Yes. Most jobs we can ballpark over the phone in a couple of minutes. Bigger pieces of work get a written quote on-site, and you pay nothing until work starts.
How does pricing work?+
We’ll give you a ballpark over the phone, then a written quote before work starts. If anything unexpected comes up once we’re on site, the variation goes to you in writing before any extra work happens. No surprises on the invoice.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. VBA licensed plumbers (Licence 109042), WPCG accredited, fully insured, ABN 95 623 721 684. Every job is backed by a written workmanship warranty.
What areas do you cover?+
We’re based in Coburg North and cover the inner north first: Coburg, Brunswick, Pascoe Vale, Preston, Reservoir, Fawkner, Northcote, Thornbury and Fairfield. We also work across Fitzroy, Carlton, Collingwood, Clifton Hill, Ivanhoe, Heidelberg, Richmond, Kew and Hawthorn. If your suburb isn’t listed, give us a call.
Do you do commercial work?+
Yes. Commercial fit-outs, new builds, civil, medical and modular projects are a big part of what we do, alongside residential maintenance. Builders and project managers can send drawings through for a programme-aligned price.
What about warranty?+
Every job comes with a written workmanship warranty. If something we’ve installed isn’t right, we come back and fix it. Manufacturer warranties on parts are passed through and registered for you where applicable.
How does payment work?+
Pay after the work is done. Card or bank transfer, whichever suits. For larger jobs we agree a payment schedule upfront so there are no surprises.
